This book is the result of collective research conducted by a working group of Polish and Italian professors to explore certain aspects of the Common Agricultural Policy. The contribution was multidisciplinary and involved jurists and economists at the University of Roma Tre, giving them the opportunity to present their research and initiating a dialogue between systems that are very similar. Within the common European regulatory framework, the problems faced by Polish and Italian farmers are the same and it is only through an understanding of common solutions that a cohesive and united economic community can be built. The particularity of this work is the choice of the English language and having published the results of the research with an Italian publisher. A good proof of internationalisation of research and bridging nations.
